In this talk, I'll explain briefly the basic notions of graded betti numbers,
property $N_{d,p}$ and Castelnuovo-Mumford regularity.
Some conjectures including Eisenbud0-Goto conjecture are introduced.
In addition,  I explain some theorems on linear sections and projections
for reduced projective schemes satisfying property $N_{2,p}$.
