We will first give a brief introduction to the Equivariant De Rham theory where we can recover many basic theorems in equivariant cohomology theory in the context of De Rham complex. We will emphasize the role of Weil algebra in Equivariant De Rham theory. Then we will discuss the quantization maps for Weil algebras and its relation to the Duflo map in the theory of Lie algebras.
